Our pioneering and exceptional Head Office team employ leading talent across HR, Design, TV, Marketing, PR, Franchise Development, Salon Management, Finance, Legal, Customer Service.
The TV team, led by the Global Brand Director, is responsible for producing and scheduling all of TONI&GUY and label.m content that appears across the internal tv network and worldwide via online channels, major industry events and DVDs, which are re-versioned into six different languages. Content creation includes idents, channel promos, education campaigns and product adverts. In addition, the team films and edits all of the London Fashion Week shows sponsored by TONI&GUY as well as London Collections: Men’s. In addition to this, they coordinate the planning, production and execution of the annual campaign promos, including coordinating and directing up to 30 models to execute against a creative concept involving extensive set builds and green screens and overseeing the post-production process that has included 3D builds and the latest editing techniques.
This team works very closely with the Global Creative Director, Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck to oversee the planning and creative implementation for all TONI&GUY, essensuals and label.m Professional Haircare visual assets. All creative is designed in-house including brand manuals, salon and event promotional materials, salon graphics, haircare and new product artwork, educational brochures, trade/consumer adverts, website/social media visual and much more.
The Finance team is responsible for the overall financial of the brand. This includes, the overseeing of the TONI&GUY Group and franchise business development outside of Europe, the financial and commercial performance of TONI&GUY and essensuals franchise salons, UK and overseas and the day-to-day financial processes. There is a wide range of roles within the department such as Financial Controller, Payroll, Purchase and Accounts.
Regional Manager (Company Owned Salons)
This role supports the General Manager and is responsible for managing company owned/managed salons operations, setting targets and achieving year-on-year growth. In addition, they work closely with the salons by supporting, developing and training managers and staff through the hosting of regular meetings; conducting salon visits, overseeing staff appraisals, working in salons and other salon-related activity that is vital to ensuring success.
PR & marketing
The PR and Marketing team delivers internal and external communication for both the TONI&GUY and essensuals brands around annual brand campaigns, London Fashion Week, company wide and industry events, award nominations and wins and much more on behalf of CEO Toni Mascolo OBE and Global Creative Director Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck. In addition, the team is tasked with cultivating relationships with key trade and consumer media, generating coverage, developing, distributing and managing content across TONI&GUY and essensuals social media channels, coordinating activity for the International Artistic Team and salons and liaising with every Head Office department, 18 academies worldwide and more than 500 salons, UK and international in an effort to ensure the brand image is upheld to the highest standard.
Franchise development team
The Franchise Development team comprises of highly skilled individuals who are charged with growing and developing the franchise business network through sourcing and educating the next generation of new salon owners in our Business Academy courses, it salon coaching and development of business and leadership skills or via the highly specialist head office roles of marketing and PR. They look after the sourcing and training of new owners, the day-to-day operations of each franchise salon, monitoring quality and standards, which in turn links to education. Our team manage the online exceptional customer experience survey and the peoples survey, we deliver business education and coaching and share best practices, we run and manage the perfect salon online that shares best practice across the group as well as develop all national marketing promotions and Rewards Card activity, all with the ultimate goal of growing the franchise business profitability.
The legal team comprises of a number of dedicated individuals who are charged with advising and assisting the company on managing its legal risk and compliance issues. Whilst they are called upon to advise the company on a wide variety of issues, their focus is on commercial, intellectual property and real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on the franchise side of the business, both in the UK and overseas.
The HR Department works with management and staff across all areas of the business including the academies and salons dealing with everything from recruitment and selection, payroll, staff inductions, training & development, the drafting of policies and contracts as well as advising on employment law matters and general employment queries. HR roles include HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR and Payroll Coordinator, HR Administrator and even Reception and Facilities Manager.
