What’s the inspiration behind the collection?

No more fiddling while Rome burns. Big fashion can do ‘sustainable’, it can do ‘ethical, it can do ‘conscious’. E.Tautz clothes will not change so much from season to season that you will feel you need to buy something new. Every piece is made to last. If you love your clothes, wear them until they wear out, and when they do, FIX THEM. This collection is filled with pieces that have been fixed; darned, patched, mended, (improved?). Learn to love these repairs as evidence of a life well lived, and when your clothes can no longer be fixed, RECYCLE THEM. A large number of the pieces in the show have been made using textiles recovered from unwanted clothes that were placed in clothing recycling banks across the country.

Dampen hair with a water spray to prep achieving an undone texture and blow-dry the hairline, along with the fringe to make smooth
