How do I join TONI&GUY Rewards?

Purchase a product or spend on a service to be automatically enrolled on our TONI&GUY Rewards programme as soon as you spend in any of our UK salons. Please note that purchases of gift cards are excluded from Rewards points.

How do I track my loyalty points?

Track your loyalty points in salon, or via your online Guest Profile using either the TONI&GUY customer app, or by visiting our online booking page and logging in to your account.

What are the Rewards terms and conditions?
  • Loyalty points are automatically added to your profile every time you pay for services or products.
  • Redemption of points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, concession or voucher unless otherwise stated.
  • Loyalty points accrued can be used against any hair product, treatment or hair service in any UK salon. Points are not transferable.
  • TONI&GUY Rewards have no monetary value and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How do I spend and use my Rewards points?

As a rewards member you'll be able to earn points as you spend. You must redeem a minimum of 500 points at one time against a single transaction. The maximum number of points which can be redeemed against a single transaction is 1000 points.

You are not able to redeem points online at shop.toniandguy.com and booking.toniandguy.com.

Do loyalty points expire?

All unredeemed points will expire on 31st December 2024. Remaining points will not be carried into the next year for accumulation.

If you are opted in to receive marketing, you will receive notification (two months in advance) of any points due to expire ahead of this taking place. From 1st January 2025 and thereafter, accrued points will expire after 365 days.

For example if you earn 500 points on or after 1st January 2025, they will be valid for one year (365 days) from the date they were earned.

If not used within this time frame, the points will expire and no longer be available for use or redemption.
