What’s the inspiration behind the hair?

In keeping with Paria’s nod to environmental influences, Artistic Director, Federico Patelli continues her journey by looking to the ‘great outdoors’ worked with a wet versus gritty texture to create a wind-swept style.

The Collection

What’s the inspiration behind the collection?

For AW20, Paria Farzaneh looks to environmental, social, and community factors that we face on a daily basis. While unaware of what we are preparing for, or what tomorrow brings, a sense of confidence, practicality and awareness, ready for our next expedition. We need to be warmer, windproof, waterproof, heat sensitive, environmentally sensitive. Collaborations this season come from GORE-TEX INFINIUMTM, Thermore® and Converse. Insulation is provided by Thermore®, every jacket insulated with Thermore allows recycling of up to 5 PET bottles. Nylon or polyester yarn recycled sourced from used fishing nets, plastic bottles and other post-consumer recycled PET, which offers a water-repellent, Pfc Free finish.
