  Passionate about everything hair, Luke is dedicated not only to delivering outstanding results for his clients but also to mentoring and motivating his team. He believes the foundation of every successful salon is a strong, inspired team and an unforgettable client experience. His mission is simple: elevate standards, empower stylists, and ensure every client leaves feeling their absolute best.

  With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Charlotte began her journey with TONI&GUY, building a strong technical foundation that has shaped her career ever since. Progressing through the ranks to become a Senior Technician & Style Director, specialising in colour work — with a real passion for creating beautiful, lived-in balayage.

  Charlotte works in the salon on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, where she loves helping clients to feel confident through personalised colour and style. Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find her enjoying quality time with family and friends, or planning her next holiday getaway.

  Michelle began her career with TONI&GUY in 2007 and brings experience, creativity, and passion to the team. You can find her in the salon Thursday through to Saturday. With over a decade of experience working backstage at London Fashion Week, Michelle thrives in dynamic, creative environments and loves bringing that energy into her work.

  Michelle was part of the TONI&GUY Breakthrough Team 2025 and has also achieved a distinction in her TONI&GUY Vardering. Michelle is well known for her creative approach to cutting, with a strong reputation for modern mullets and other bold, individual styles tailored to each client.

  Kelly is the Salon Manager, working Tuesday through Saturday and leading the team with passion, expertise, and a genuine love for people. She has had the opportunity to work backstage at London Fashion Week, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

  Kelly specialises in colour work and has a real passion for creating beautiful, personalised results, with balayage being a particular favourite. Having previously worked in mental health, she brings exceptional empathy, warmth, and communication skills to the salon, making every client feel comfortable, understood, and at ease.

  Senior Stylist & Technician

  Although new to TONI&GUY, Maisie has been working in the hairdressing industry since 2014. Before beginning her career in hair, Maisie completed a degree in Photography, developing a strong eye for detail, colour, and composition that influences her work.

  She also travelled and explored Australia, an experience that broadened her creativity and perspective.

  Maisie enjoys working across all aspects of colour and styling, creating personalised looks that enhance each client’s individual style.

  Outside of the salon, Maisie enjoys spending time outdoors walking, baking at home, and tending to the plants in her allotment.

  Apprentice

  Olivia began her journey with TONI&GUY in April 2025 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. She is progressing confidently through her training at the TONI&GUY flagship academy in London, building strong technical foundations and developing her skills with enthusiasm and dedication.

  Olivia has known from a young age that she wanted to become a hairdresser and has always loved practising her skills, often being the go-to stylist among her friends.
