On Tuesday, we celebrated with over 120 TONI&GUY team members, from Partners and salon managers to regional business managers, as they graduated in style from the tailored TONI&GUY Leadership & Management Diploma delivered by Durham University Business School over two-years of part-time studying and knowledge-sharing.
Held at the picturesque Durham Castle, our graduates from across the business celebrated in style, being the first group to complete the Diploma after joining the course in April 2018.
Our leaders learned about Supportive Leadership, where leaders put their followers first and the importance of creativity and passion at TONI&GUY. They studied different leadership styles and sound HR Practices for developing happy staff who provide excellence in service delivery. With the happiness of our teams at the forefront of our success, our leaders also had sessions on wellbeing.
