Sheerluxe Competition

1. Competition promotion for: a) Competition prize value of over £500 (“Competition Prize”) b) Prize: Salon experience and LABEL.M product is for x1 winner and the LFW tickets are for the winner and a friend. c) x1 Colour Packages which will include:

• Cut and Blowdry Each package up to the value of £350* d) x2 Front row tickets to an Invite only London Fashion Week Show this September. The Show at London Fashion Week will take place in central London between the 13 th and 17 th of September. The LFW ticket will be provided to the winner in the form of a digital ticket. No cash or credit notes will be provided. e) x1 LABEL.M Professional Haircare kit prescribed to your hair care needs (x1 Shampoo, x1 Conditioner, x1 Care, x1 Create x1 Complete product) Each Hair Care kit up to the value of £150* f) Must be 18+ to enter. g) UK entrants only. h) There is one prize to be won. There is one prize for the successful entrant. i) Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests. j) Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. In the event that the prize is out of stock or if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. k) Mascolo Limited trading as Toni & Guy reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize for an alternative product(s) with the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted. l) This promotion is not open to the employees of the promoting parties (SheerLuxe and Mascolo Limited trading as Toni & Guy), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. m) To enter, you must answer one simple question, the entrant will need to enter their first and last name, email address and tick the necessary opt-in boxes in order to qualify as a valid entry. n) The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 28th July 2024 and the closing date for entries is 23:59 on 1st September 2024. o) The promotion is limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. p) No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

2. The competition winner will be chosen at random by SheerLuxe through a random generator; a. The winner will be contacted via email by SheerLuxe. b. If the prize(s) is unclaimed after 7 days, Mascolo Limited trading as Toni & Guy & SheerLuxe reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
3. The Competition Prize will be fulfilled by Mascolo Limited trading as Toni & Guy.
4. The competition will be hosted on SheerLuxe’s website www.sheerluxe.com (the SheerLuxe Site), where all data collection will take place, fully in compliance with GDPR.
