We are looking forward to welcoming you back in our salon very soon with the exact date to be confirmed in line with Government guidance.
Whilst our salons remain closed, we hope you are enjoying our online hair tutorials as well as taking advantage of our generous label.m product offers to help you look after your hair ahead of your next visit.
Behind the scenes, we are refreshing, cleaning and re-designing the space in our salons so that each salon feels as good as new for your return.
Above all, we are implementing additional salon safety measures to make sure your visit will be relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.
Increased Social Distancing
Social distancing measures are being put in place throughout the salon to reduce the number of people you would be in contact with at any given time. We are planning to extend salons opening hours, stagger appointment times and allow more space between each working station and backwashes.
Gold Standard Hygiene Code
Our Toni&Guy Gold Standard Hygiene Code means that our teams will be disinfecting the entire salon regularly throughout the day, sanitising chairs, backwashes, hairdressing tools and electronic devices in between every client.
Protection for our Teams
All our teams will be wearing a protective mask and single-use aprons as well as washing their hands when they enter the salon and in between every client appointment.
Protection for our Clients
Virtual Consultations will be available to help us best tailor your salon appointment to your exact needs. If you are at higher risk, please speak to your local salon who will recommend quieter times for your visit.
Once in the salon, we will provide you with a Personal Protection Pack which will include your own disposable towels, gown and mask. Hand sanitisers will be available at each styling station.
Although we remain closed, our teams are taking advantage of the digital education programmes, upskilling their hair cutting and colouring techniques as well as client service skills.
With some of the international markets reopening their salons ahead of us here in the UK, we are in a regular contact with our global community, sharing and evaluating their learnings as well as continuing to motivate and support each over, looking after emotional and mental health of our teams.
