To all our Toni&Guy friends and clients

We continue to care about your well-being and safety as much as we do about your image, we want to reassure all of our clients that we will continue to implement additional salon safety measures to make sure your every visit is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.

Increased Social Distancing

Social distancing measures are still in place throughout, to ensure the salon remains a comfortable and safe space. We have extended salons opening hours, staggered appointment times and allowed space between each working station and backwashes. Where possible, you will be looked after by one person throughout your visit.

Gold Standard Hygiene Code

Our teams follow a strict code of hygiene inside and out of the salon. Our cleaning schedule includes sanitising styling chairs, the hairspa and hairdressing tools between every client and thoroughly cleaning the entire salon environment throughout the day.

Protection for our Teams

The safety of our teams and those around us is our top priority. As a minimum, all our teams will continue to wear a Type II face mask, as well as washing their hands when they enter the salon and in between every client appointment. If a member of our team is not wearing a face mask it will be due to health reasons.

Protection for our Clients

Virtual Consultations are available to help us tailor your salon appointment to your exact needs. Once in the salon, we will provide you with Personal Protection items which includes your own towels, gown, and mask should you need one.

Booking Your Visit

To book your next visit, please contact your salon directly. For colour appointments, to make sure we can tailor your visit to your exact needs, we recommend you request a Virtual Consultation or call our salon team ahead of coming to our salons.
