We care about your well-being and safety as much as we do about your image, and during the time of closure, we have been developing and implementing additional salon safety measures to make sure your every visit is relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish.

Increased Social Distancing
Social distancing measures are in place throughout the salon to reduce the number of people you would be in contact with at any given time. We have extended salons opening hours, staggered appointment times and allowed space between each working station and backwashes. Where possible, you will be looked after by one person throughout your visit.
Gold Standard Hygiene Code
Our team follows a strict code of hygiene inside and out of the salon. Our rigorous cleaning schedule includes disinfecting the entire salon regularly throughout the day, sanitising chairs, backwashes, hairdressing tools and electronic devices in between every client.
Protection for our Teams
The safety of our teams and those around us is our top priority. All our teams wear a protective visor and single-use apron as well as washing their hands when they enter the salon and in between every client appointment.
Protection for our Clients
Virtual Consultations are available to help us tailor your salon appointment to your exact needs. Once in the salon, we will provide you with a Personal Protection Pack which includes your own disposable towels, gown and mask.
To celebrate our salons reopening and help you look after your hair wherever you are, we have put together exclusive label.m haircare product packages. Speak to our salon teams ahead or during your visit to be recommended products tailored to your exact hair needs.
Booking Your Visit
To book your next visit, please contact your salon directly. For colour appointments, to make sure we can tailor your visit to your exact needs, we recommend you book a Virtual Consultation ahead of coming to our salons.
We will make Online Bookings available as soon as we have accommodated cancelled appointments and our Waiting List.
If you are on our Waiting List, rest assured we will be contacting you as a priority to accommodate your booking.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with has cold or flu symptoms, or has travelled overseas in the last 14 days prior to your appointment, please stay at home and kindly contact us to reschedule your visit.
If you are in a higher risk group, please speak to our team who will recommend quieter times for your visit.
We operate a cashless system and prefer contactless payments wherever possible.
