    Jo has been a hair stylist for Toni and Guy for 20 years; some of which was spent working for Toni & Guy at their flagship academy in New Oxford Street. Whilst at the academy she became an Art Director, produced hair-up educational DVDs and headed up a number of shows for London Fashion Week. As an educator, platform artist and session stylist, Jo is delighted to be able to bring this to her clientele within the salon.

    Art Director

    Highlights from the last 20+ years working with Toni&Guy include educating in the New Oxford Street Academy, collaborating with the Toni&Guy Art Team on new collections, heading the Kensington Church Street branch and winning the British Hairdressing Awards.

    Listening to her clients and detailing the individual is the way Kirsten approaches her work. She believes that sometimes a small adjustment is all it takes to make a difference.

    Kirsten thrives on building her clients' confidence with a great haircut.

    Style Director

    Having qualified as a stylist with TONI&GUY in 2005, Lisa has been successfully working in a number of their top London salons for over 13 years. Lisa has been a Style Director now for nearly 8 years, working in the Canary Wharf since 2013. Within her time at TONI&GUY, she has become the Salon Trainer in each of the salons that she has worked in. This role requires teaching the assistants all the haircutting styles they will need to know to get them through the rigorous TONI&GUY qualification process. She continued this role in the Canary Wharf Salon with great success. Additionally, she likes to learn herself, and often goes to the TONI&GUY academy to ensure that she keeps in touch with new trends and styles. She also likes to go on training courses herself to learn new styling techniques. Lisa has a great personality and always try to make her clients leave the salon happy. Lisa works Tuesday through to Saturday, with occassional Sundays. Lisa looks forward to seeing you soon.

    Style Director

    Charlie has been in the hairdressing industry for 19 years, all of which were with TONI&GUY. Charlie has been a member of the Canary Wharf team since 2004.

    To describe herself, Charlie would say "I’m a mellow person with a geeky side but definitely not shy to hard work, with a geeky flare".

    Charlie is our Ambassador and Specialist in Kerastase and Shu Uemura Art Of Hair.

    Having Naturally Curly hair, which is always blow dried straight! Charlie enjoys helping clients manage the battle with accepting natural curl, and advising best ways to try and "attempt" to keeping a straight blowdry.

    So far in her career she has been part of the team winning the ‘Perfect Salon’ award. Also Charlie personally created the Standardised TONI&GUY database for the nationwide network; also she has took the role of the staff trainer at TONI&GUY Bank.

    Hairdressing is important to me because I have the chance to make as many people as possible feel better about themselves.

    Style Director

    "I have over 20 years experience with TONI&GUY, I joined the company in 1993 and begun working my way up to becoming a part of the international artistic team.

    In 2004 I opened and developed TONI&GUY Rome over 5 years. I then moved on to join the Canary Wharf branch in 2009 and reached the final of ‘Men’s British Hairdresser of the Year’ in 2010."

    Jorych is currently on a six month sabbatical.

    Style Director

    "I started my career in hairdressing 10 years ago by taking up the TONI&GUY Beginners’ course, working intensively at the TONI&GUY Academy. I frequently attend TONI&GUY Art Team meetings, where I developed my skills further. I have worked my way through the ranks and am now teaching too.

    Around five years ago I began doing session work, helping the TONI&GUY Art Team in London. I continue with my session work to this day working with a top London agency allowing me to travel to Milan and Paris four times a year for the women’s shows in February and September then the men’s shows in January and June.

    I have been working at TONI&GUY Canary Wharf since March 2014 and I really enjoy being back in a salon working with clients especially in a great atmosphere"

    Style Director

    Jenny has been a hairdresser for 18 years. She joined the team at Canary Wharf in 2000 and works at the level of a Style Director.

    Jenny is a good listener and loves to talk; she enjoys meeting new people and is passionate about her work. Jenny has worked on fashion shows during fashion week and attended Royalty.

    Jenny continues to return to the Academy regularly and has recently completed creative cutting, men’s and advanced courses.

    Jenny is currently on maternity leave and will return to the salon at a later date.

  • Biliana Canary Wharf

    Style Director

    Biliana has been a Manager within TONI&GUY for the last 5 years, but holds a hairdressing career which spans over 25 years and across various locations including Canary Wharf, Covent Garden and Victoria. Since working with TONI&GUY in 2000, she has expanded upon her knowledge of a wide range of hairdressing techniques and consistently uses them to expand the service which she delivers to her clients. Her experience showcases a varied portfolio, from theatrical creations to classic salon styles. Whilst her clientele base ranges from West End clients (The Donmar Theatre), to her loyal salon regulars who have followed her throughout her career.

    Biliana's days off are Friday and Saturday.

  • CanaryWharf:Katie

    Style Director

    Katie started her career in hairdressing with Toni&Guy in 2009. So far she has gained all NVQ qualification levels in hairdressing and graduated with the highest level (distinction) with Toni&Guy alongside winning two awards during her course.

    Katie is also one of two staff trainer’s here at Canary Wharf and is passionate about learning and teaching with drive to constantly evolve, improve as well as keeping up to date with current trends and fresh approaches to cutting hair. By giving a thorough consultation she likes to adapt these techniques and tailor them to her clients needs in order to give them a look that is current, suitable and manageable for them.

    Katie also specialises in men’s clipper work and hair up. Outside salon work includes images that have been published in Vogue Italia and I-D magazine online amongst others. Katie has also assisted top session hair stylists for shows and photographic shoots including celebrities such as Iggy Azalea and backing dancers for Beyonce's USA tour in 2013.

    Katie's days off are Mondays and alternating Tuesdays and Sundays.

  • CanaryWharf:Tomoko

    Senior Stylist

    Tomoko arrived in London from her native Japan in 1997 and worked at a number of West End salons. During this period she also worked as an assistant for a session hairdresser on fashion shows and assignments for newspapers and magazines.

    In 2003 she arrived at TONI&GUY Canary Wharf and over the last ten years has completed the creative cutting course and men's cutting Tomoko works Tuesday to Friday and also every other Saturday.

    Senior Stylist

    Cheyenne has been in the hairdressing industry for 8 years, all of which in TONI&GUY Canary Wharf. Honest, open minded, friendly and understanding as a person. The highlights of her career so far have been earning my distinction at the TONI&GUY academy and earning my senior stylist position. Having long hair myself, I enjoy giving my clients that glamorous look they like to achieve. The importance of hairdressing to me is making people feel and look good.

    Cheyenne works every Monday and Tuesday.

  • Ale Canary Wharf

    senior Stylist

    Alessandro has 8 year’s experience in the Hairdressing industry. He moved to London 4 years ago immediately joined the TONI&GUY family. He is a member of the Art Team Group 2 in our TONI&GUY London Academy.

    He has won the Int.Visionary Awards 2018 as well as being nominated as a Finalist for the Italian Hairdressing Awards 2018 and Behind The Chair 2019, Wella Trendvision and L'Oreal Colour Trophy Finalist 2019.

    He loves cutting short women's hair, precision cuts and everything about blow dries, Men's specialist for long or short lengths.

    Technical Director

    Allison has been in the hairdressing industry for 24 years, 19 of those at TONI&GUY. Allison joined the team at Canary Wharf in 2000, working her way up to a colour specialist after achieving the L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree in 2001.

    She has built up a large, regular clientele due to her vast knowledge and experience.

    Allison looks forward to meeting you on Thursdays 11-8 and alternate weekends; Saturday 9:00-18:00 and Sunday 11:20-18:00

  • CanaryWharf:Serena

    Technical Colour Specialist

    Serena has been studying and working in the hairdressing industry since 2001 and later joined TONI&GUY in 2005, originally working in the Kensington Church Street branch.

    After a short period she was promoted from Technician to Senior Technician. During her time at Kensington, she received her TONI&GUY teacher training diploma and became technical staff trainer as part of a team for one year and then working solely as salon staff trainer.

    In 2008 whilst working full time, including running the salon training program, Serena completed her NVQ advanced level 3 qualification, furthering and advancing her hairdressing knowledge. During this time at Kensington she also had the opportunity to work with the talented technical artistic team at the TONI&GUY academy assisting on our nation wide training DVD's and educational materials.

    In 2010 Serena joined TONI&GUY Canary Wharf, where she has built a vast clientele due to her client dedication alongside her professional attitude, keen eye for detail and advanced knowledge. Whilst at the Canary Wharf salon, Serena has continued to progress and train future technicians within our in salon training program.

    In 2012 she completed her L'Oreal colour specialist degree, further excelling her to a technical colour specialist and in 2013 became one of Canary Wharfs salon mizani product ambassadors.

    Serena works on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Charlenne

    Technical Director

    Charlie has been in hairdressing industry for 15 years, joining the Toni and Guy team in 2001. In 2004 Charlie completed her L'Oréal Colour Specialist Degree achieving a grade of 96%.

    "There are many aspects of my job I love, building a relationship up with my clients. The satisfaction I get after creating a look for my client and seeing them happy is so rewarding"

    Charlie is passionate, caring and great at listening to what the clients wants.

    Charlene works every Monday, Thursday and alternating Fridays and Sundays.

  • John Canary Wharf

    Floor Manager and Technical Director

    John has worked for Toni and Guy since he was 19 and for the last ten years has been working at Liverpool Street Salon. He started as a Senior Technician and after completing his L'Oreal Colour Specialist in 2010 became Technical Director and in July 2017 took over as Manager of the branch.

    Now in Canary Wharf John works as Floor Manager and full time Technical Director. His colour work is very natural, he is very confident with colour correction and loves a scalp bleach." I listen to my clients needs and like to offer alternative solutions with a variety of options to keep my clients colour gradually evolving to maintain interest and excitememt but only when my client is ready for the change"

    John works Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Danielle

    Senior Technician

    Danielle has been in the hair industry since 2010, joining the Toni&Guy Canary Wharf branch in 2012. 'I would describe myself as passionate, easy going and a good listener. I will always strive to meet client expectations, always personalising my colours so that every client that leaves my chair has a unique, bespoke colour. I will always do my best to educate my clients so they can maintain their colour to the best ability at home.' Danielle has attended many advance colour courses with L'Oreal professional, including perming. One of Danielle's career highlights is getting into the final of the young colourist at Loreal colour trophy 2014. Danielle, being a blonde herself, has a passion for highlights and creative blondes.

    Danielle is currently on maternity leave.

  • Egle

    Senior Technician

    Egle has been in the hairdressing industry since 2014 and has been part of the Toni&Guy brand since 2016 during this time she has passed her Toni&Guy Vardering programme with a distinction. Egle has attended colour courses throughout this time with L’Oréal professional to develop her skills further. Before moving to London Egle has worked on shows for various Fashion Weeks, whilst also working as a professional makeup artist. These skills have given her a good understanding of tailoring each clients colour personally to them matching their skin tone and lifestyle amongst other fine details. Egle describes herself as passionate for colour and her job. She loves challenges and working to make the impossible, possible. If you are looking for a complete change Egle will be happy to help you achieve this. Egle says “My passion is to make my client happy, to see them leave with a smile on their face and to see the confidence we can give them as hairdressers. That’s why I love my job”. Egle's days off are every Wednesdays with alternating Tuesdays and Sundays.

  • Emma


    Emma has been working for TONI&GUY for since 2015 and completed her vardering in 2018, specialising in colour. Since joining TONI&GUY Emma has worked behind the scenes assisting on a number of London fashion week events, also competing in the L’oreal Colour Trophy. Over the years Emma has attended a multiple of bespoke colour courses at the L’oreal academy and has worked very closely alongside some of TONI&GUY’s international artistic directors.

    Emma loves working with beautiful natural looking colour including balayage and highlighting techniques and another of her favourite things to do is a bouncy blow dry for her clients.

    Emma works from Saturday to Wednesday and is available for a consultation to answer any queries and questions about our colour services.
