Kevin’s career at TONI&GUY started in 2001and he has been here at TONI&GUY Cheltenham since 2004, he is conscientious, hardworking professional who is respected by colleagues, his peers and most importantly by his clients who are inspired by his experience, knowledge and willingness to share new ideas and techniques with them.
Kevin has earned his position as part of the salons management team through being passionate about his craft maintaining quality and consistency. He has always been eager to stretch and test himself by pushing the boundaries and getting involved with photo shoots, Training, his persistence paid off when he was involved with TONI&GUY breakthrough team of 2009, and has had his work published in the TONI&GUY look book.

Charlotte began her journey at Toni & Guy over 10 years ago. She is our technical manager in the salon. Charlotte is our in salon NVQ assessor and educator. She enjoys spending time at the London academy shadowing and attending creative colour courses to ensure she is always up to date with the newest techniques and trends. She is a strong team player here at Cheltenham. Day off Monday.
Gemma started her career with Toni and Guy in 2002 and has not looked back. In her pursuit of being a top professional she has been involved in London fashion week, award and stage work. Now she has progressed to front of house where she oversees and helps to maintain a friendly warm environment, whilst not hesitating to meet client’s needs in a professional manner.
Front of House
Donna has worked on the Front of House for TONI&GUY Cheltenham for over 10 years, Donna will always extend a warm welcome and is the true professional ensuring your experience with us is an extremely enjoyable one. Donna has attended various courses at the Perfect Salon Academy and is a key fundraiser within the salon for the TONI&GUY Charitable Trust Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Support.
Stella came straight to TONI&GUY from school completing her apprenticeship with us and vardering in 2003. Stella is now a Style Director, Strength in Style Consultant and also the in-salon trainer and NVQ assessor. As well as training the apprentices Stella is involved in the annual TONI&GUY apprentice competitions.
Stella is a keen and active member of the TONI&GUY team and has been involved in numerous photo shoots, fashion week events, training academy courses and always keen to see the new TONI&GUY collection launched every October in order to bring new concepts and ideas to her clients. Stella is particularly inspired by the particularly glamorous and chic eras 1920’s – 40’s.

Stephanie has been with TONI&GUY for over 12 years, is one of our Strength in Style consultants and Nanokeratin specialist. Steph-anie is inspired by long hair work and hair up and loves a challenge. She has worked at London Fashion Week on many occasions backstage & at the blow dry bar bringing her flare for long hair to the celebrities and guests of London Fashion Week. Stephanie has also been involved in photo shoots to prepare models for the British Hairdressing Awards, and also part of the in-salon training team bring her academy course training to her team mates. Works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Jessica has worked for Toni & Guy 13 years. She enjoys working in our London Academy shadowing and brings this back into the salon teaching the assistants. She enjoys working with all hair types with a particular interest in creative cutting. The team at Toni & Guy Cheltenham describe Jess as enthusiastic, passionate, humorous and confident.
Louise started her career within Toni and Guy from the age of 15 as a Saturday girl and qualified at the London Academy at the age of 18. After working for Toni&Guy in Windsor and Bath Louise has 12 years of experience. With Louise’s experience & expertise to advise you on the best look for you she can give you a great cut you can easily maintain yourself. Louise specializes in cutting and hair up. Louise works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Lillie started her career with Toni & Guy in 2009 as an apprentice. She progressed over the years to senior stylist, where she has been involved in many exciting achievements such as working back stage at London fashion week and working alongside fashion editors and bloggers within the blow out bar. Lillie has also spent time at our London academy advancing her skills with fashion fixes, creative cutting and hair up courses. Lillie enjoys all aspects of hairdressing particularly hair ups. Lillie will always go the extra mile to make sure every clients experience is an enjoyable one. Day off Tuesday
Lauren has been here at Toni and Guy cheltenham since September 2013. In pursuit of becoming the consummate professional she has attended several Wella Academy courses in order to bring the latest in colouring to her cli-ents and also is a regular at our TONI&GUY London Academy shadowing our Art Team members learning from the best. Day off Monday.

Leanne began her hairdressing career at Toni & Guy Cardiff in 1998 as an assistant, from there Leanne’s career has progressed to a Senior Technician here at Toni & Guy Cheltenham.
Leanne has a wealth of experience with Toni & Guy, she regularly visits our academy in London and works closely with the International Artistic Team on our Annual Collections.
Her goal is to attend Art Team meetings and become a member of the Breakthrough Team.
Our assistants Olivia, Jay, Chloe and Ciara are working towards their NVQ Levels 2&3. They will then undergo our world renowned vardering programme at our Academies’ in London and Manchester to enable them to get there Toni&Guy Diploma, this will enable them to become qualified hairdressers.
