With a career spanning over 25 years in the industry, Trevor has a wealth of talent and experience since joining TONI&GUY in 1987.
An original member of the ‘Art’ team, Trevor’s career started in the TONI&GUY Sloane Square, London salon as Art Director. From there, he became the European Art Director for education which allowed him to travel extensively to Europe, USA, Australia and Japan teaching TONI&GUY techniques.
Trevor has been shortlisted and won numerous awards including London Hairdressing of the Year and Avant Garde, and has worked on many music and TV commercials.
He finally settled in Manchester in 1994 becoming the Franchisee for TONI&GUY, Deansgate, Manchester.
Days off: Wednesday
Paul has spent his entire hairdressing life (over 20 years) at Toni & Guy - which speaks volumes for the brand and the team he works with.
During this time, he has perfected his listening skills so that when consulting with clients, he can ensure every attention to detail is catered for and they leave the salon looking and feeling great.
Paul has a large client base – which allows his creativity to flourish.
He has been awarded Director of the Year by Toni & Guy and enjoyed being a part of the Salon of the Year at the Manchester Awards.
Caring and loyal, Paul is in high demand at the salon. Bookings always advised.
Senior Art Director
Jon has been working for Toni&guy for over 14 years, where he has progressed from stylist to senior art director. Jon is a member of the toni&guy international artistic team which allows him to travel the world working on shows and seminars. He is also a member of the session team heading up hair teams at London fashion week.
Jon has been a north western hairdresser of the year finalist at the British hairdressing awards for the past 2 years.
He is passionate about education, heading up our education in the Manchester academy, specialising in barbering, cutting, fashion fix and hair-up.
WORKS ON A SATURDAY
Senior Art Director
Stephanie has worked for Toni&Guy for over 10 years. Her dedication and commitment to the company has seen her progress to senior art director. She is a passionate stylist who loves hair and feels there is nothing better than being able to create a new look for someone.
Stephanie is driven by creativity, she is a guest teacher at the toni&guy academy, teaching on the fashion fix course as well as teaching our own assistants in salon. Presenting models regularly at YOURSTAGE events. She is a regular at London fashion week which allows her to bring seasonal knowledge back to the salon for her clients. As well as teaching, she also believes that you never stop learning, so continues to better herself by attending Toni&Guy art team and courses at our academy here In Manchester and in London.
Competitions and photoshoots are a big part of what Stephanie enjoys to do in her spare time as it allows her to bring her ideas to life. she has been part of the year long scholarship toni&guy breathrough team, resulting in the winning overall best look for her editorial work, and has been a L’Oreal colour trophy regional winner and London finalist.

Kylie’s full career has been at TONI&GUY since she started as an assistant 14 years ago.
During that time, she was given the opportunity to work for TONI&GUY in Sydney where she worked her way up to Art Director and salon manager.
As if this wasn’t enough, Kylie also works at the TONI&GUY Academy teaching beginners and assistants that are new to the industry.
Her passion and creativity has ensured she is a regular behind the scenes at London Fashion Week.
Days off – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Chloe’s full career has been at TONI&GUY since she started as an apprentice 10 years ago.
With a wealth of experience and a real passion for creative hair, Chloe attends Art Team training and also works as part of the management and reception team.
She loves all aspects of hairdressing and loves nothing more than when her clients leave the salon looking and feeling great.
Days off: Thursday, Friday
Senior Art Director/Technical Art Director
James has over 20 years’ experience in hairdressing. He joined Toni&Guy Deansgate in 2002. James is incredibly creative and passionate, particularly driven by delivering an outstanding customer experience. James expertise has helped him establish a large and loyal clientele.

Fabio has over 20 years of experience gaining his skills working in salons worldwide, he has worked at Deansgate since 2005, and has gained a loyal clientele.
Fabio has his own amazing flair working with all hair types and textures, specialises in Afro Caribean hair and Asian hair. He enjoys the glamourous finish to hair created by many of the fabulous blow-dries he creates.
Fabio loves to create a look for his clients that is special and unique to them, he feels there is no better feeling than making his valued clients feel amazing.

Senior stylist/Technical Director
Fiona began working at Toni&Guy Deansgate as an assistant and since then has grown to become one of our busiest stylist and technician. She loves to be creative and is amazing at big cut and colour changes.
Fiona is always striving to better herself, regularly attending courses and entering competitions within Toni&Guy and at the L’Oreal academy. Fiona loves to share her wealth of knowledge with our assistants by heading our assistant training and is a qualified NVQ assessor.
Fiona was a regional finalist for the L’Oreal Colour Trophy, and in 2016 completed the L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree, the highest award given in colour, which she says is her biggest achievement so far.

Art Director/Technical Director
Becky has worked for Toni&Guy for 10 years, 4 of those at Deansgate. Within this time Becky has become one of our busiest team members and has a large clientele, she is creative and enthusiastic about cutting and colouring hair, she enjoys cutting short hair and gents and loves to balayage.
In 2017 she worked very hard to gain her L’Oreal Colour Specialist Degree, which is the highest technical award that can be achieved, the experience and knowledge means Becky is a colour expert and uses all the skills gained for the best results on her clients.
Becky is a backstage regular at London fashion week, working alongside the toni&guy art team. She also gives up her free time to help at various events such as yourstage and creative club all integral training as part of toni&guy, she attends art team meetings to gain knowledge and extra skills.
Toni&Guy Breakthrough Team winner in 2014, winner of L’Oreal Colour Trophy Northern heat 2016 and London Finalist 2016.
Becky’s passion is to make people feel good about themselves and can’t imagine doing anything else, she is creative and enthusiastic about cutting and colouring hair.

Charlotte has been in the hairdressing industry for 8 years and in that time, she has only worked for TONI&GUY, which speaks volumes!
Her career highlights so far include completing NVQ level 2, vardering, working her way up to becoming a Style Director and Senior Technician, as well as becoming an expert with Raccoon hair extensions.
Charlotte has also been awarded NVQ assistant of the year and Employee of the Year, twice.
"I enjoy working on various awards/fashion shows and the best part of my job is when a client really loves what I've done to their hair - that's why hairdressing is important to me."

Technical Art Director
Alex has over 20 years of experience within the industry, previously heading the technical department in Toni&Guy Leeds, Alex joined Deansgate in 2017 and has since gained a loyal clientele.
A winner of several awards including Wella trend vision twice and Hair Idol, also a member of the toni&guy Breakthrough team resulting in a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Alex furthered his training by obtaining the Colour Specialist Degree, the highest award in colour, this along with his in salon experience makes him an extremely experienced and talented technician, he is very creative and forward thinking, Alex loves seeing the change that colour can achieve.

STYLE DIRECTOR/SENIOR TECHNICIAN
Reahannah has worked for Toni&Guy for the past 8 years, since joining the team as an assistant. She has since worked her way up to become an amazing stylist, she loves to work on all different types of hair and specialises in different textures of curly hair. Wanting to progress Reahannah then trained in colour, she loves to do creative colour changes on her clients and believes every client should wear their hair with pride and leave the salon feeling confident.
She is a regular at our academy attending all of our in house extra training, giving up her free time to shadow the teachers to constantly better her skills. A fantastic team member who is friendly, caring and professional earning her to win Employee of the Year in 2017.
Every year reahannah enters the L’Oreal Colour Trophy which is a long standing prestigious competition, She has been a regional finalist twice, this year she hopes to go all the way!

Style Director/Technical Director
Amber has been a team member of Deansgate since she joined as an assistant, winning ‘assistant of the year’ numerous times and then progressing onto winning ‘colleague of the year’. Since completing her vardering qualification with the highest level in 2016, Amber has since enjoyed being a busy stylist, her willingness to further her skills saw her gain her technical qualification shortly after. Amber is particularly passionate about balyage after completing a course at the Toni&Guy academy. She specialises in this technique as she loves to see a flawless finish.
Amber enjoys giving up her free time to share her knowledge with our assistant team as she believes education is key, it helps to keep her fresh and up to date with the latest techniques.
Amber feels the most important person is the client, she ensures the very best experience for them and loves to see the finished result of cut and colour come together.

Lucia has recently completed her vardering qualification with Toni&Guy at the Manchester academy to become a qualified stylist, her hard work and attention to detail resulted in Lucia gaining a distinction, the highest grade possible.
Passionate about cutting and styling hair, and specialising in hair up styles. She is very creative and versatile at different types of hairdressing and blow-drying techniques for special occasions.
Lucia prides herself on providing the highest standards to all, creating polished and professional results to all her clients

Nadia has recently finished her training programme passing with a distinction. An extremely talented young stylist, Nadia won Assistant of the Year in 2018 in London, competing against assistants from the whole of the UK.
Nadia loves working on long hair, styling, prom hair and curly blow dries.
