Words used to describe Joanne would be creative, driven, passionate, dedicated and innovative. Joanne has managed our successful busy salon as an Art Director since 1998. She has worked at London Fashion Week on numerous occasions over the years and has also worked on photo shoots with 3 times British Hairdresser of the year Anthony Mascolo. “Hairdressing is something I genuinely love. I enjoy helping clients to love their hair and enjoy the challenge of making them look and feel their best. I also enjoy inspiring young people in the workplace and feel that hairdressing has given me tremendous job satisfaction over the years. I would like to thank TONI&GUY for my career as without them most of the things I have achieved and experienced would never have been possible”.

Assistant Manager & Colour Technical Director
Amanda has been in the hairdressing industry and TONI&GUY since 1998 and specialises in Great Lengths Hair Extensions.
The team describe her as dedicated, talented, passionate and thorough.
As well as Managing a successful salon Amanda is also a prestigious L’Oreal Colour Specialist and Wella MCE (master colour expert).

Katy has been in the hairdressing industry since 1997 and joined TONI&GUY in 2001. The team would describe her as hardworking, social and reliable.
Her career highlights so far are working at London Fashion Week and completing her colour degree.

Style Director & Senior Colour Technician
Michelle has been in the hairdressing industry within TONI&GUY since 2007. Michelle specialises in cutting, colouring and Great Length hair extensions. The team would describe her as hardworking, a perfectionist and passionate. Michelle says “to give a prefect cut and colour service that makes my client feel amazing is a real highlight of my job. I love being a part of TONI&GUY team as the training I have received is by far the best!”
Lauren has been in the hairdressing industry since 2001 and joined TONI&GUY in 2003. The team would describe her as reliable, fun and professional.
Lauren is the salons Kerastase Ambassador and is on hand to offer advice on products.
Wendy has been in the hairdressing industry for over 23 years and joined TONI&GUY Preston in 1997. As well as running a busy column she also finds time to work at London Fashion Week on the TONI&GUY Blow Out Bar.

Soraya has been with TONI&GUY since 1999 and started as a humble Saturday girl at Preston.
The team would describe her as confident, a perfectionist and enthusiastic.
Her career highlights so far are reaching the final of the Wella Trend Vision international competition and having the opportunity to style many celebrities hair.
“I also had the pleasure of working on a campaign for women with cancer. I cut and styled the wigs which made me feel proud to help women in this circumstance. Hairdressing is not just a job for me, my passion and the ability to make people feel good and for them to walk out of the salon with a smile is why I love and do my job. Chloe has been in the hairdressing industry since 2008. Her career highlights so far have been winning the TONI&GUY 3rd year advanced cut and colour award for the assistant competition in 2010, and being part of the team at London fashion week blow-dry bar. In 2014 Chloe took a year out and travelled to Australia working in the TONI&GUY North Adelaide. The team would describe Chloe as creative, enthusiastic, fun and extremely friendly. "I love my job and get a huge amount of satisfaction from making my clients feel great about themselves."
After a strong background of working in sales and business development for organisations including the NHS, Emma opted for a more creative path and entered the Hair and Beauty industry. Joining TONI&GUY in 2014, Emma further attained her NVQ Level 3 and 4 with distinction and attended courses in creative men’s cutting and hair up which led to her progression to Senior Stylist in 2016. Whilst fulfilling her creative passion, she still implements her organisational skills within the training of NVQ student and thrives on seeing the progression of others within the team. She believes education is key to staying current so to offer a variety of versatile and diverse looks. Emma takes care to listen to all her client’s needs and has a lot of patience for children and clients requiring extra care.
Jo first joined the team here in 2008 when she started as an assistant. Since them she has completed her NVQ level 2,3 and 4 in both cutting and colouring. Jo also specialises in Great Lengths extensions so she can create a variety of looks and styles for her clients. She is also a Kerastase Ambassador, so is on hand to offer advice and recommendations for every client’s needs. The team would describe her as loyal, fun and a perfectionist.
“Abbey is an exceptional young stylist with a keen eye for detail. Although quiet by nature her passion for hairdressing is evident from the amazing results she produces.”
Ashley joined our team in early 2019 but has been in the hairdressing industry since the age of 14. Being individually artistic and possessing excellent attention to detail helped Ashley gain a distinction in his TONI&GUY level 4 training which was an amazing achievement.
“ Hairdressing obviously allows me to express my real passion for hair. I go to great lengths to make sure all my clients leave having learnt something new about their hair, to instil confidence and a sense of well-being in them, and if neither of those things happen then I’ve not done my job properly”
Molly is a fantastic Colour technician who served her apprenticeship with us a number of years ago. She is full of fun and life bringing real vibrancy to our team. Her tremendous knowledge and skill gives real satisfaction and value for money to her clients.
Molly works part-time every other Saturday.
Melissa started her career with Toni& Guy Preston in 2015 and is highly trained to NVQ Level 4. Melissa’s career highlights so far include working at London Fashion Week.
The team would describe Melissa as passionate, dedicated and driven.
