Since I was young I always wanted to be a hairdresser, I feel I have succeeded in fulfilling my dream and more. From the training and education Toni & Guy give I can be creative and confident in what I do on a daily basis. I enjoy doing Hair Up and blowdrys and specialise in long hair and natural balayage techniques. I definitely feel my clients are what keep me passionate about my job. I have achieved so much in my 8 years so far, from working on London Fashion Week to Creative Courses at the Academy, all of which keep me up to date with the new trends and fashion.

Styling Development Educator, Art Director and Senior Technician
At the turn of the millennium I made the radical choice to change my life and career. Leaving the world of fine art and sculpting behind me I retrained as a hairdresser, by 2005 I had joined the Toni & Guy Romford team and I've never look back since. For me hairdressing is art, working along side the industries finest to develop my skills means I can help people express who they are on the inside. I don't just want people to look good, I want them to feel good too and hair is a great tool to do this. I'm trained in Afro, Wigs, Extensions and being one of the salons Strength and style consultants means making the impossible become possible. Whatever your hair problems I'll do whatever I can to achieve your ideal look. Over the years I've been actively involved in the development of new talent working for Toni & Guy UK training team and in house education. I believe knowledge is the key to good hair and here at Toni & Guy we have decades of it!

I have been working for TONI&GUY for over 11 years and I’m just as enthusiastic about hair as i was from when I first started! I have 6 years + experience with extensions & although I love all aspects of colour, Balayage is definitely my favourite technique to do on my clients!
My greatest accomplishment to date was completing my L’Oreal Professional Colour Degree in 2016 and then went on to graduate at Central Saint Martin’s university which promoted me to L’Oreal Professional Colour Specialist!

Senior Stylist/Senior Technician
I'm Olivia and I have been working for Toni & Guy since 2014. I started my career as an apprentice when I finished school, in this time I have progressed to a Senior Stylist and have gained the trust and loyalty of many clients who I now consider my friends. The most important thing to me as a hairdresser is to be knowledgeable of the latest trends. I am fortunate enough to be heavily involved in new courses going on at the Academy as well as working at London Fashion Week which is the heart of ever changing plans.

I find working for TONI&GUY very rewarding as it has given me amazing opportunities such as working at London Fashion week in the TONI&GUY pop up salon, it has also given me the chances to do courses at the TONI&GUY London Academy and go to many of amazing shows!
Which were very inspiring.I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing but I would say I really enjoy doing long haircuts and big bouncy blow-drys!

I’ve worked for TONI&GUY for just under a year, I love working for the company because they treat all of the staff equally and the in salon team were very welcoming. I fell in love with hair dressing at a young age because I used to watch my grandma do big bouncy blowdrys and hair ups and enjoyed her creativity. I came to TONI&GUY with my NVQ Level 2 and I believe that coming here was so much better for my training & education! I get more one to one training and I’m moving forward quicker in my career.
I have worked for TONI&GUY for 2 years now. I enjoy training in all areas of hairdressing but Colour is the area I am most interested in. I love attending London Fashion Week and all of the shows and events that the company takes part in as they are always so innovative and inspiring.
I have been with TONI&GUY since summer 2017 and am currently training to gain my NVQ2 within the TONI&GUY apprenticeship programme.
After my NVQ id like to work towards becoming an art director for our London academy.
