Art Director & Franchise Partner
Steve is the accomplished director and franchise Partner of TONI&GUY Worcester. He has been with the company for many years, working his way up through the ranks from an assistant, to a top level stylist/barber, recently gaining a leadership degree at Durham University to add to his accolades!
Steve's passion for hair has meant that he has been part of promotion campaigns and photo shoots throughout the years, taking part in the prestigious Breakthrough Team in 2007-08, attending Art Team meetings and regularly using his skills at London Fashion Week. Also being a Label.m ambassador means that Steve’s knowledge of the product range is vast, which he has shared in educating others in salons around the country.
Steve has taken part in many competitions during his career and reached the finals of Wella Trendvision in 2017, and brought home the trophy after WINNING the Gents grooming category!
Steve has a real passion for showing clients how their hair can look the best, so whether it’s sharp barbering skills or a precision cut, Steve would love to work his magic on your hair!
Art Director & Manager
Caroline joined the company in 2000 after completing NVQ level 2. She joined the TONI&GUY Worcester team to further her develop her skill set and become the best she can be. Soon after joining the TONI&GUY Worcester salon she went onto complete her NVQ level 3 and then TONI&GUY training in May 2002.
Throughout the years she has worked her way up in the company, completing many courses including TONI&GUY Classic and Creative as well as attending TONI&GUY Art Team meetings in London. She is always learning new techniques to give her clients the best possible service.
Days off: Sunday & Monday
Shaun began his career at TONI&GUY in 2008. As well as being a colour expert, Shaun Specialises in Nano Keratin Treatmen.
Shaun feel like it’s is important to stay at the top of his game, and in an industry that evolves season on season he understands the importance of continual education and passing on his creative passion to others.
Our Technical Director Shaun is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Josh embarked on his hairdressing career at TONI&GUY Worcester in December 2017. He is working towards his NVQ LEVEL2 and is keen to progress and fulfil his potential to become a stylist within the team.
