For 2021, The Backward Vendor looks to nature to offer a glimpse of a more uniformed lifestyle during lockdown. When creating the collection, the designer acknowledged most people take more time to appreciate their surrounding and connect with nature, during the pandemic. This formed the framework of her latest collection, where art and fashion join forces to celebrate nature. TONI&GUY Academy Educator, Elle Page created interwoven ponytails that fall away to soft, naturally distressed texture, a symbolic representation of bringing people back to nature.
