Allergy Alert Test for colour clients

You must have a 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test done with us if:

  • You are a new colour client
  • You haven't had your colour or 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test done with us within the last 6 months.

You must take a 48 Hour Allergy Alert Test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This is to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction to our colour products. Please contact the salon before your appointment so they can arrange this for you. If you do not take one before your appointment, we unfortunately may have to rearrange to a future date. Please be aware we can not carry out an Allergy test if you have taken Hayfever or any other allergy medication in the last 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice in advance of your appointment time. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24hrs, or should you otherwise fail to turn up for your appointment at the allotted time, may result in a £30 fee for each service element (or £10 for a consultation and £100 for Keratin Treatments). For example, failure to turn up for a Cut & Finish and a Colouring service may result in £60 fee being taken from your payment card, at our sole discretion.
