What’s the inspiration behind the hair?

International Artistic Director Daniele De Angelis and the TONI&GUY Session team created hair that went to the stratosphere with a futuristic take on a tribal braid to complement the collection which embraces high-tech fabrics. Giving way to a juxtaposition between wet versus dry textures, the inspiration translates as an anti-hair silhouette that’s representative of a futuristic vision, evident with an indentation pattern around the hairline

The Collection

What’s the inspiration behind the collection?

DB Berdan known for its genderless, non-conformist collections, presented AW20 with a collaboration featuring independent artists on the runway and where the pieces used ethically sourced denims in partnership with Turkish Denim mill ORTA. The prime aim is to create a more robust denim ecosystem and where art (design), meets ethics for new infinite possibilities for today and tomorrow. With a nod to Star-Trek and the future the show featured models wearing LED masks and alien-like facial patterns
