What’s the inspiration behind the hair?
Philipp and team tapped into the nostalgic reminiscence of Hollywood’s bygone era. Hair was perfectly pitched to the collection – with flawless curls which are beautiful, elegant, sexy and with a nod to the glamour of Marilyn Monroe singing ‘Happy Birthday’.
The Collection
What’s the inspiration behind the collection?
Malan Breton presents ‘Death at the Disco’ inspired by ghosts of disco’s past. Paying homage to one of Studio 54’s key founders Ian Shrager, the collection is a reflection of the exuberant crowds: such as artists, poets, politicians and pop stars as the perfect analogy for his SS20 show.

Top Tip 1
Prep hair with label.m Volume Mousse to form grip and volume control
Top Tip 2
Split hair in equal parts – top and bottom and after priming, create medium sections and tong lower half with curls - alternating forwards and backwards then clip to secure. Top half is taken slightly wider and tonged horizontally.
